For my 2nd picture, I am creating Sweet Garden.

• The background removed by using polygonal lasso tool.
• The field background 
•  Remove the sky with cloud to replace with new sky background.
• Cotton candy represent clouds 
• Using blur tool to blend with the sky background.
• Flowers, Mushroom cookies
• use blending option - drop shadow to look more outstanding.

FINAL OUTCOME

Final touch : 

• Use level, curves, photo filter and gradient overlay to adjust the color brightness and contrast.
• Blur tool been used to blend all the subject matter with background.
• Blending options - to help the subject matter more stand out.
